How-To-Import-Hemi-Sync-Binaural-Beat-Meditation-For-ITunes

It is important to import hemi sync binaural beat meditation cds correctly into ITunes.  Incorrect import settings from your ITunes can cause you to lose out on a lot of the benefits of the binaural beats.  Since the reason you are likely to buy a meditation cd with binaural beats such as hemi sync is BECAUSE of the technology, it would be shame to omit the very tones you decided to purchase!

Fortunately it is not that tough to setup ITunes correctly.  I was browsing a blog of a binaural beat composer, J.S. Epperson, Higher Music, and he posted some helpful information.  You can find J.S.’s work on my site:  Concentration and Breakthrough for focus.

Step 1 – Go to your Edit->preferences menu option and select it.

Step 2 – Click on the Import Settings button that is after “When you insert a CD”.

Step 3 -Select the Custom option.  (Note: When you are done, your custom option settings will appear as mine do below).

Step 4 – Make the changes necessary so that your window looks like the window below

Make these changes before importing any of the hemi sync binaural beat meditation cds from our store or from anywhere else for that matter.  This will ensure that you have the optimum balance of file size and audio frequencies.

Actually, Breakthrough isn’t mine. But over the years I did manage to crank out Ascension, Einstein’s Dream, Higher, Hemi-Sync In Motion, Illumination for Peak Performance, Indigo for Quantum Focus, Lotus Mind and Remembrance, so I can see why Breakthrough got lumped in there some how… 😉

p.s. Thank you so much for translating this to Windows!
