Sometimes you need to use moving meditation techniques to get your mind still and calm. If you don’t have time to run off to the yoga studio, the Tibetan Rites are a fantastic way to loosen up your body and get your mind more zen, in about 7 minutes.

Meditation techniques come in many shapes, sizes, and styles. When your mind just won’t shut the chatter off, some movement such as the five tibetan rites can sometimes help you ease into a meditative state more easily.
