As with all meditation techniques, you can watch the video and form an opinion on it’s effectiveness. But if you actually try using sound energy before your next meditation technique of choice, you will be psyched about how well it works for you.

This was somewhat difficult to post because it’s embarrassing to see when it’s not in the context of my own private meditation practice.  However, the value and power behind an intense, loud, continuous ohm is undeniable to me.
